The property has a main building and an annexe inside a traditional Saracen Trullo for a total of 8 beds in three double rooms with three full bathrooms and two single rooms with shared bathroom. In the main building of Villa Puspo there are four bedrooms (one double with bathroom and two singles with French bed and shared bathroom), a full kitchen leading to the patio and living room with fireplace and dining room overlooking the garden. In this building, there are also two service rooms: a utility room and a laundry room with a small bathroom.

In the annex, on the other hand, there is a double bedroom with bathroom overlooking an uncovered patio furnished with table and chairs. This arrangement guarantees privacy and intimacy.

The outdoor garden, bordered by classic dry-stone walls, offers a small organic vegetable garden and an orchard that surrounds the 10x4x1.5-metre saltwater skimmer pool with solarium. Another outdoor area at Villa Puspo is the lovely covered patio with an outdoor kitchen equipped with an oven and barbecue.

Nearest attractions and points of interest: the centre of Carovigno at about 3 km away, a famous medieval village in Italy; Torre Santa Sabina beach 15 km away.
