Casa di Veronica

Casa di Veronica is an independent villa located between the town of Carovigno and the sea; it stands on a hill, so it offers its guests a unique view.
Carovigno is about 3 km away and the sea about the same distance, so it is ideal both for those seeking total relaxation and for those who wish to visit the surroundings or enjoy a day at the beach.

The villa is divided into two levels, connected by both an internal and external staircase, and has a total of 6 rooms with 12 beds.
On the ground floor, which is at entrance and street level, there is a large, bright living area with a sofa, fireplace and dining room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen; there is also a covered terrace with an additional dining area. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two French beds) that share a full bathroom.
The remaining part of the villa is on the lower floor, as this is located on a hillside and therefore has a terraced structure.
The other four bedrooms, all doubles, are on the lower floor and each has its own full bathroom.
Given the position of Casa di Veronica, all the rooms are bright, as they have a panoramic view and/or over the garden; the latter extends over approximately 650 sq.m. and is equipped with a swimming pool (3x18x1.5 m), sun loungers, a dining table for 4 people, an outdoor shower and private parking.

Included in the price: water and electricity consumption, the initial supply of bed linen and towels, Wi-fi, mid-stay tidying of the rooms (for bookings of at least 7 nights) and final cleaning. Heating costs, both for the rooms and the swimming pool, are not included in the price (on request and with supplement according to consumption).
