Masseria Tufo Bianco

Masseria Tufo Bianco is a historic house with sea view, for rent a few minutes from the sea and from the nearby Pezze di Greco.

The masseria will amaze you with its design and the fine materials chosen, such as the local stone flooring, the star vaults, the fixtures with external noise suppression and well insulated, with mosquito nets. Characteristic is the white lime of the external walls and the white tuff from which the farmhouse takes its name.

The main entrance will take you into the living area, consisting of the large living room with relaxation corner, TV room and the two fireplaces. The large kitchen is equipped with a cooker with five gas hobs, an extractor hood, an oven, a sink, a large fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, a blender, crockery and cutlery, a dining table that can seat up to 12 people and a small utility room. In front of the kitchen, you will find the service bathroom and the laundry room with washing machine.

From the kitchen you can access the garden and the swimming pool with solarium, for the exclusive use of the guests. This small courtyard is framed by a large plot of land with olive trees and succulents, which is overlooked by another covered veranda with a glass door.
Behind the swimming pool, the large professional wood-fired oven is at the disposal of the best pizza makers.

All the bedrooms have independent internal and external access and covered verandas furnished with chairs and tables.

The first bedroom, with star-shaped ceiling, is a suite with a double bed, equipped with a relaxation area with sofa bed and kitchenette hidden in the furniture. The private bathroom has a washbasin with mirror, toilet, bidet and large shower. The second double bedroom, with a barrel ceiling, provides easy access to the pool area, thanks to the double French window looking out. The other three bedrooms have a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
