Location
Surrounded by terracings and native typical plants of Valle d'Itria, the Masseria Cervarolo is located in the homonymous Contrada from which it takes its name, a wide, fertile plain just 6 km far from Ostuni. It is one of the most beautiful areas of Apulia where both nature and the ideal location of the hotel will allow you to ease the rhythms of everyday life and regenerate the energy. The relaxation will be accompanied by the discovery of numerous places of historical and natural interest. Martina Franca, Alberobello and the numerous beaches of the Adriatic coast are just a few kilometers far from the Masseria.

Hotel
White is the prevailing color of the Masseria Cervarolo, a farm with “trulli” houses (typical apulian rural houses with a conical shape) built in the sixteenth century with limestone and lime. Once it was a residence and a work center which has been then restored respecting the original architecture, and materials, the trulli, the courts, the walls, the altar, the fireplaces and floors. The use of a photovoltaic system and of products respectful of the environment together with a good management of the collection of rubbish characterize the philosophy of the Masseria, engaged in nature conservation and certified by EU ECOLABEL. The protection of artistic and cultural heritage is another important commitment of the farm: they restored a church of 1798 with baroque altar and numerous frescoes, adjacent to the Masseria. The light colors of the rocks and the green of the terracings enhance the beauty of the swimming pool and whirlpool.

Rooms
The 18 rooms of the Masseria Carvarolo reflect the simple and warm atmosphere of the time when they were used for work or simple daily life. The rooms are located inside the old building or inside a trullo, equipped and furnished with handmade furniture and fabrics, curtains and typical apulian suppellettiles.
The choice is among Classic, Superior or Junior Suite rooms, which differ from each other for their roominess and the attention to detail. Even the rooms of the same type are different from each other since they were derived from ancient rooms that have not been voluntarily changed during the renovations. The result is that they are all unique and special, comfortable and equipped with TV, safe, mini bar, radio brionvega, internet and air conditioning. The privat bathrooms are all equipped with shower. All the rooms overlook the terracings and the green that surrounds the villa.

Beach
Ostuni is a renowned tourist destination that has received different awards both for the cleanliness of the waters of its coast and the quality of services offered. You can reach the coast in a few km.

Wellness Centre
At the Masseria Cervarolo you will find a relaxing hamman, housed in an old seventeenth-century building, where you can enjoy the turkish bath and a relax area with herbal teas, massages and customized treatments.

Restaurant
A typical apulian menu awaits for you for your expected dinners, which will be served in the restaurant of the hotel, completely nestled in a citrus grove and characterized by the open kitchen. The best dishes of the traditional cuisine will show a peculiar aspect of Apulia, genuine and unique with its flavors. Guests can also enjoy the Boukolicos bar that awaits for you for the tastings by the pool in the summertime or in front of the large fireplaces in the cooler evenings.

Services & Activities
Cooking classes will be organized at the Cervarolo restaurant in order for the guests to discover the secrets of the recipes from Apulia. You will discover the landscapes of the Valle d'Itria while mountain biking or participating in the excursion that will lead you from Alberobello to Ostuni.
The outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, equipped with sun beds and beach umbrellas, is available to all guests.
