Location
The Design Resort Masseria Alchimia is located on the Adriatic coast of Apulia in south-eastern of Italy, precisely in Marina di Savelletri: the Masseria Alchimia has been cleverly transformed into a charming house for its guests, always keeping intact its characteristic.
Hotel
This ancient Masseria Alchimia, surrounded by majestic olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, was renewed following the union principle between past and present, furnished with elements of modern design, bathrooms with particular design, and natural fabrics in a mix of warm colours. The simplicity and respect for the nature (among other things, also using solar energy) are the main theme of each room.
Rooms
In total the Masseria Alchimia has of 10 Studios, all in different sizes, shapes and arrangements and separate entrances. All studios are equipped with hairdryer, satellite TV, DVD, safe, wireless internet WI-FI (extra charge) and have a private balcony or patio, equipped so that guests can easily take their breakfast outside. The suites are equipped with a kitchenette and with the best facilities for guests’ privacy and relax.
Standard – one-bedroom of around 30sqm and located on the ground floor, with a kitchenette and a patio with garden view.
Superior – spacious one-bedroom of around 36sqm, located on the ground floor and comfortable furnished, with a kitchenette and a terrace with panoramic view on the olive grove.
Suite – a two-bedroom Suite of total 50sqm and located on the 1st floor. The two rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable furnished. One room has a kitchenette, an eating area and a large terrace equipped with sun beds, a breakfast spot and panoramic view on the olive grove. The other room has a double bed and one bathroom with shower and with way out on the second terrace with garden view and an external bath tub – this accommodation is ideal for two!
Romantica – a unique, bright room of around 30 sqm, located on the top floor of the Masseria, with awesome sea view. The Romantica has a breakfast area, dedicated to prepare the breakfast. The uniqueness of this room, is the large terrace with top view on de Adriatic sea and furnished with sun beds – ideal accommodation for a romantic stay.
Junior Suite – are two rooms of total 45sqm and located on the ground floor. A spacious bedroom and a kitchenette and connected to the second, bright room with color-therapy bath tub and another bathroom with shower and furnished patio with garden view. This Junior Suite is ideal for a wellness stay.
Suite Family – are two rooms of total around 45sqm, located on the ground floor and with a large outdoor sitting place with view on the olive grove and the fruit plants. One bright double bed room, a kitchenette and a separate bedroom with double/twin or kids-bed. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and own entry. This accommodation is best for families or friends.
Facilities
The services offered by the Masseria Alchimia are the followings: bike rental, private parking, playground for children, organizing horse riding excursion or lessons, on demand reservation for beach services (closest beach at only 4km).
