Location
The Relais Histò is located in San Pietro sul Mar Piccolo, just 10 km from Taranto and 65 km from Brindisi airport, surrounded by a park of 70 hectares with olive trees. The Relais Histò, a medieval house, has all around a beautiful natural setting and captivating through its snow-white stone walls.

Hotel
The Histò Relais Culti was once a Roman rural villa and successively converted into a convent and today, renovated with respectful attention to its nature, it became a luxury residence, with managed to reinvent itself in this new fascinating dress. Several courts are in the building, restored by keeping original colours, materials and history.

Restaurant
Lanternaia Restaurant, created from the old olive-press, offers traditionally local and regional dishes; it can accommodate up to 200 people. For a refreshing break, the Café d'Histò is pleased to welcome its guests in a bright and cosy setting. Breakfast is served in the Corte dell’Ottagono.

Rooms
The hotel has 46 rooms, including 7 suites, 13 deluxe and 26 Classic; all equipped with the most modern technologies: satellite TV, wireless Internet, air conditioning. Nine rooms are located in the noble district and 37 rooms are in the cloister of the Antica Sorgente overlooking the green orange grove.

Deluxe – a double room with marble bath with bathtub/shower, with minimal furniture, elegant and essential lines.

Exclusive – a double room with marble bathroom and shower, minimal furniture, equipped with air condition, mini bar, pay TV, internet connection, kettle, safe and telephone. Some have a canopy bed and with a nice view over the a terrace into the Mediterranean nature.

Terrace Suite – a Suite with a double bed and living room with sofa bed. Equipped with air condition, mini bar, pay TV, internet connection, kettle, safe, telephone, two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Splendid panoramic terrace.

Duplex Suite – an open space Suite with the bedroom on a mezzanine, living area and sofa bed. Equipped with air condition, mini bar, pay TV, internet connection, kettle, safe, telephone, two bathrooms – one with shower the other with bathtub.

Facilities & Activities
The lounge area is available for moments of relax: derived from the old trough, is made of a typical stone of Trapani and a rigorous design. The Relais Histò is the best location for events, banquets and receptions, with its four rooms able to accommodate from 10 to 250 people: a charming and unique place to use is the ancient basilica, with apse frescoes. Guests can also relax in the outdoor pool under olive trees shades, as well as in the 1500 square meters Spa (available from winter 2009).
